A: The Backyard Venue supplies both round and rectangular tables along with white padded folding chairs, so you won’t need to rent them separately.

Q: How many people can your venue accommodate?

A: All of our spaces accommodate up to 120 guests. With the average attendance rate at 70% – 80% of invitations, couples can typically invite up to 150 guests and still be perfectly suited to our venue.

Q: Does my event require security?

A: Yes, all events require security. Don’t worry, we’ll handle the arrangements to make it stress-free for you.

A: Absolutely! At The Backyard Venue, we’ve created a beautiful cottage designed just for the bride and her bridal party to relax, prepare, and enjoy those unforgettable moments before the big day.

Q: Is there a place for the groom and groomsmen?

A: The Backyard Venue features the ultimate Man Cave, a perfect spot for the guys to get ready and enjoy some games together! See some photos of the Man Cave.

 

Q: Do you offer All-inclusive Packages?

 

A: The Backyard Venue offers customizable packages so you can choose to add as much or as little you’d like.

Q: Does your venue offer catering or serve alcohol?

 

A: While The Backyard Venue doesn’t provide catering or alcohol service, you’re welcome to bring in your favorite food vendors or select from our list of suggested vendors with great service and affordable prices. For events serving alcohol, a bartender from our approved vendor list is required.

 

Q: How do I know the venue will be well kept until my event?

 

A: As a privately owned venue built and operated by the same owners, we take a lot of pride in keeping the property in great shape—and in making improvements all the time. Some of our recent upgrades include four new ladies’ restroom stalls, finished coatings on the reception barn floors, fresh indoor paint, and new post lights along the driveway, just to name a few.
