Q: Do I need to rent chairs & tables?
A: The Backyard Venue provides round and rectangular tables, and white padded folding chairs.
Q: How many people can your venue accommodate?
A: The Backyard Venue can accommodate up to 120 seated guests. The barn is the most popular place for receptions and dancing with cooled or heated air, ceiling fans, and dimmable lights. The turf area make the white padded folding chairs pop and the sounds and view of the pond-less water fall make the ceremony serene and the pictures beautiful. The forest area is perfect for the outdoor lovers. The white wood benches, string lights, and octagon arch make it a secluded and elegant ceremony spot.
Q: Does your venue offer catering or serve alcohol?
A: The Backyard Venue does not offer catering or serve alcohol. We are an open vendor venue, so you are welcome to use the vendors of your choice. Upon booking, we provide you with a list of excellent vendors we have enjoyed getting to know and work with. A certified bartender (TABC) is required to serve alcohol.
Q: Does my event require security?
A: Yes, event security is required. In our vendor’s list you will find contact information for our preferred ones.
A: Absolutely! The Backyard Venue has a beautiful cottage designed with every bride and her bridal party in mind.
Q: Is there a place for the groom and groomsmen?
A: The Backyard Venue has the best Man Cave for the guys not only to get ready, but also to play games!
